Select random file which exist in directory which RandomSelecter.exe exist

When you hard to make a decision, this program can choose random picture, video etc. This is useful in download folder of hitomi

1. Open RandomSelecter.sln
2. Press Ctrl + F5 to build
3. Go to the Release Directory which exist in repo
4. Move RandomSelecter.exe to directory you want
5. Excute RandomSelecter.exe than this program open random file which exist in directory which RandomSelecter.exe exist.
