NodeJs-Project-Initialization

This repository was made to save a already set-up NodeJs project to be used to initialize all the Node projects using MVC, Express-Js, ejs and mySQL.

Getting Started

Download and Install Node.js

Linux (Ubuntu based distros)

  sudo apt-get install curl
  curl -sL https://deb.nodesource.com/setup_14.x | sudo -E bash -
  sudo apt-get install nodejs

Clone the Github Repo

git clone https://github.com/HamnaFarooq/NodeJs-Project.git

Go into the local copy of the repo.

Installing Dependencies

Type the following command in the terminal

npm install

Running the app

Development environment
```
npm run dev
```
Production environment
```
npm start
```

The app should be running now.
