Prometheus is a Lua obfuscator written in pure Lua.

This Project was inspired by the amazing javascript-obfuscator.
It can currently obfuscate Garry's Mod

To install Prometheus, simply clone the Github Repository using:

git clone https://github.com/Heyter/GLua-Prometheus.git

Alternatively you can download the Sources here.

To quickly obfuscate a script:

prometheus --preset Medium ./your_file.lua
prometheus "addons/prometheus/lua/tests/goto.lua"
