A bash script script to run withing the nix shell to facilitate the transaction orchestration of CC members

• Ensure this script is executed within the nix shell environment of the Credential Manager.
• It is crucial to run this script from your credential manager directory.
• Before using this script, verify that you have your CC hot credential UTXO and your payment address UTXO.
• Compatibility is limited to cardano-cli version 9.4.1.0 or later.

To use this script, you will need to provide the following information:

• RETURN_ADDRESS variable (must be changed in the script to your wallet address for the transaction)
• Payment UTXO you want to spend with its index
• Collateral UTXO for the Plutus script with its index
• Hot NFT UTXO with its index
• Governance action ID(s) for voting
• Anchor URL(s) for the governance action(s)
• Anchor hash(es) for the governance action(s)
