cd ExtManager

pnpm run dev

Then ensure your plugin template is in your plugins folder. %MILLENNIUM_PATH%/plugins/ExtManager, and select it from the "Plugins" tab within Steam.

If you wish to develop your plugin outside of %MILLENNIUM_PATH%/plugins, you can create a symbolic link from your development path to the plugins path

  • Makes steamwebhelper fail to start properly
• If you cannot start the Steam client due to incompatible extensions, do the following:
  • Find the htmlcache folder (%localappdata%\Steam\htmlcache) on Windows
  • Open the htmlcache folder, and navigate to Default/Extensions
  • Find the faulty extension among the randomly named directories. Try sorting them by the last modified date.
  • Delete it, and restart Steam
