A simple JavaScript counter app that allows you to increase, decrease, or reset a number.
Built with HTML, CSS, and Vanilla JavaScript.

• Increase, decrease, and reset buttons
• Color changes based on the value:
  • Green for positive numbers
  • Red for negative numbers
  • Neutral color for zero
• Responsive, centered layout
