The library adds a address learning fuction to MobaLedLib. When the function is activated, it waits for a switch or pushbutton to be triggered via DCC/CAN/SX/LNet. The address is saved and the specified variable is set to confirm this. The base address is taken into account for subsequent switching and pushbutton functions.
