Ruby Ireland is run on mojombo's jekyll.

Once installed fork and clone the repo locally

git clone [email protected]:your_github_username/rubyireland.github.com.git
bundle install

You'll need to install nodejs on your system, eg.

sudo apt-get install node nodejs # on ubuntu

bundle exec jekyll serve
