A bunch of small configurable (and disableable) tweaks for Sponge servers!

• DisableAttackTime (disables 1.9's cooldown when attacking)
• DoubleJump
• NoWeather
• NoTarget (Causes mobs to think you're a ghost)

• FastItemDespawn (for less lag)
