Single-file Outlook MCP + CLI for Windows via COM interface

Download Minfilia.exe from Releases. Windows and desktop Outlook are required, and Outlook must already be running.

All 8 MCP tools are also available as one-shot CLI subcommands with the same tool names and parameter names. CLI output is JSON.
