1. Run pnpm install
2. Run pnpm stylelint test.scss --fix to see the issue.
3. Comment scss/dollar-variable-colon-space-after in .stylelintrc.js and run the command again to see how the variable is prepended to the block without errors.

The problem can be solved by explicitly specifying raws: { between: ': ' } when creating a Declaration, but this is optional for creating a Declaration and therefore can be expected not to be explicitly specified.
