Adds a low poly Ani-chan skin for Commando, based on the mascot for UFABC's anime club

• Install through the manager or the Thunderstore page
• using r2modmanager is the recommended method since it will automatically add dependencies and check for updates

• After installing BepinEx, download the latest release and add AnichanSkin.dll to your BepinEx plugins folder
• Be aware that the plugins R2API_Skins and R2API_Language are also required, they can be both found on Thunderstore
