Proof of concept for a "big picture" style launcher for HedgeModManager

1. Install NodeJS
2. Install dependencies: npm install
3. Run/Build the app
   • npm run build - Build executables for all supported platforms to the dist folder
   • npm run serve - Serve application at localhost:9000 with live reload enabled
