Multithreaded Web Server based on Chapter 20 of "The Rust Programming Language"

Currently hard coded for 8 requests before gracefully shutting down, run with cargo run and navigating to 127.0.0.1:7878, 127.0.0.1:7878/sleep will also work and simulate a working thread for 5 seconds to demo multithreaded requests.
