A simple command-line TODO application written in C#. Tasks are stored in a local JSON file, so your list persists between runs.

• List all tasks in a formatted table with completion status
• Add new tasks (with title validation)
• Delete a task by its number
• Mark a task as completed *Delete all completed tasks at once
• Cancel any action by entering 0
• Automatic saving to a JSON file
