WPF does not cross the ABI, thus the low numbers there.

The PropertyChanged handler accounts for most of the time in the C# scenarios:

Can't be used to launch a wapproj-based app
- No managed app detected, Start button disabled
Can't be used to launch a packaged app:
- Using the VS Performance Profiler on a WASDK / WinUI 3 packaged desktop app always fails.

Workaround for both is:
