Compare ANN indices: pgvectorscale hnsw, ivfflat, diskann with vectorchord vchordrq index

• Start DB container: docker compose up -d
• Activate uv env
• Start benchmark: $ python run_benchmark.py
• Reset DB's: $ bash reset_databases.sh
