Project2DFX lights up entire cities with thousands of distant lamppost and streetlight glows, and greatly extends the draw distance.
III, VC, and SA also support optional 3D distant cars with directional headlights and taillights.

- Install the game's Widescreen Fix (GTA III · Vice City · San Andreas) or GTAIV Fusion Fix - they include the required ASI Loader.
- Download the plugin for your game from the Releases page.
- Put the
.asi,.iniand.datfiles into thescriptsfolder (pluginsfolder for GTA IV). - Launch the game and enjoy the view.
Run premake5.bat to generate the Visual Studio solution in build, then build it.
To deploy to your game automatically after each build, create a .env file in the repository root pointing the key of each game at its folder, then run premake5.bat again, for example:
GTAIII_DIR=C:\Program Files (x86)\Rockstar Games\GTAIII
GTA_IV_DIR=C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto IV\GTAIV
The keys are GTAIII_DIR, GRAND_THEFT_AUTO_VICE_CITY_DIR, GTA_SAN_ANDREAS_DIR and GTA_IV_DIR. The build then copies the built .asi into the scripts folder of that game (plugins for GTA IV) and debugging launches the game from there. The .env file is ignored by git, only a plugin that is already installed is replaced, and a game without a key is not deployed at all.
