Use Django framework to add a verification layer to the static content generated by mkdocs.

Most part of this project is based on https://github.com/egorsmkv/simple-django-login-and-register.

Include all the functions contained in simple-django-login-and-register.

Supports serving static webpages generated by mkdocs in a specific folder, by default, it is static-webpages.

User can specify which of the pages need permission to view. The others can be viewed without permission by default.
