Implementation of the Single Page Web App described in TimeSeriesDataCapture

To build single page web application on heroku simply click the deploy to heroku button above

To build single page web application locally on a specified port:

node server.js <port-number>

note don't use ports 8000 or 8001, both are reserved for the APIs
