My name is Alessandro and I am a Computer Science graduate, and enjoy working at the intersection of CS and other disciplines. I carry a broad set of CS interests which gives me the flexibility to work on many different projects. These include:

• Cryptography, Security, and Blockchain
• Algorithms (with a enjoyment for competitive programming).

• Explainable AI for Cancer Diagnosis. I achieved this by anaylsing cell graphs with a GNN and then explaining predicitions post-hoc with GCExplainer
• Implementation of algorithms from the Bioinformatics course

Find a dataset

Find a list of at least 2 data sets that are interesting to you. Please add to the idea.ipynb file

1) Gathering Data

Download data and set up notebook. Initial explanation of the data, the problem and what in earth is going on.

2) Gathering Insights

A few analyses of data with graphs, suggestions on composite features, and how the data should be pre-processed.
