Write a client that connects to server and prints the packet loss for each video.

Allow us to quickly evaluate the effectiveness of the Congestion Controller

• Given a bitrate suggestion what layers should be selected?

* Suggested bitrate 5000Kbps
* Available videos One(480p, 720p), Two(480p, 720p), Three(720p)
* What layer should be chosen for each?

• Can some videos be given precedence (active speaker)

Removes docker dependency and makes it easier to run tests quickly.

• We will use Linux's netem to set packet loss values.
• Network tests should define bitrate, how long and what renditions should be selected

Example

5000Kbps (2 minutes) -> 2500Kbps (10 seconds) -> 5000Kbps (2 minutes)
(720p, 720p, 720p) -> (480p, 480p, 720p) -> (720p, 720p, 720p) 

Write a Makefile that allows me to spin up a container with a certain network scenario.

• Do we use NACK, FEC, Double Sending of RTP packets?
• What do we measure/capture from receiver feedback (Packet Loss, ECN and Delay)
• What rate increase/hold do we do on the values? (Increase n% for RTT and/or packet loss)
