Steps for installing V3:

1. Install JDK 1.6 from the Installable folder.

2. Install Java3D from the Installable folder.

3. Copy the following files to the jre/lib/ext/ directory of the Java Development Kit and the Java Runtime Environment:

   • cv97r140.jar
   • jim_j3d-vrml97_v2.0.jar
   • vrml97.jar

4. Set the path in the Environment Variables to include "C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.6.0_13\bin" or the equivalent bin directory of JDK or JRE.
