Health Link

Health Link is a health and fitness Web app that uses MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js. Based off of a user's gender, physical characteristics and activity level, they are given a recommended daily water intake, calorie intake, workout activity and sleep time. Users are then able to daily track these metrics and view their weekly progress.
