Don't ask for the course link right away. Once logged in, show a selection of the user's my courses as a choice list, with an other option that will allow the input to be a custom URL normally.

Depends on #2 (since we can generalize on the case of entering an identifying course URL, not only the materials page URL).

Since it's a CLI tool, we need to rely on the fact that it can be ran from any directory.

For URLs, it should accept any kind of URL identifying a course, not explicitly the materials URL
