Adding Higher Role On Yourself with $AddRole with Admin Permissions

Adding a higher role with $addrole on yourself if you have administrator permissions results in success. In this case, dispdev, the user, should not have been able to add the Developer role to themselves.

This is a similar bug to #4 because I suspect both partially stem from using Administrator permissions as a filter instead of using role rankings.

CRITICAL: Kicking and Banning users of same role with Administrator privileges results in success

Normally, if you were to use standard Discord features, kicking and banning users with the same role does not have an effect. However, doing it with AwesomeMod does.

When $., aka @tetrident, was kicked, @._. had the same role, Developer, as @tetrident.

Banning had the same role problem, as seen here.

usersWith command requires all lowercase usage

The $usersWith command requires all lowercase usage. For instance, when typing $userswith Developer, the bot does not respond, but when typing $userswith developer, the bot does indeed respond.

Having two roles has the bot automatically opt for the longer one in function roleRequest

As shown here: in this scenario, there are two roles, @testing and @test. The bot will automatically select @testing instead of @test, even though @test has a complete match of the string.
