RIGHT ARROW - Rotate right LEFT ARROW - Rotate left UP ARROW - Zoom in DOWN ARROW - Zoom Out ALT+ RIGHT - Pan right ALT + LEFT - Pan Left A - Rotate model counter clockwise (on it's own axis) D - Rotate model counter clockwise (on it's own axis) W - Render wireframe. CTRL + S - Save correspondence marker file.

Selecting the markers:

Click on the Source model (left side on screen) , then click the corresponding vertex on the target model (right side) when you are done selecting sufficient markers hit CTRL+S to save the file.
