Need to add content and describe why is it an essential field of study in layman terms.
Some good starting points will be:
Explain this paper in the papers section.

Add contribution guidelines.
Look at examples of good contribution guidelines
That should be a good start.
This can be done in two distinct phases
Update Readme.md to provide guidelines on how can take contribute and build on top of this repository.
Add links for all the existing information.
There are plenty of people working in the field but how do we classify them so one can figure out whose area of work are they most interesting in and start working from there?
Also this should help us cover the areas in more breadth instead of depth?
Currently, most of the noted names listed are working actively in machine learning but there are many excellent people who are rather working in CRISPR processes or computational neuroscience who deserve a mention.
Among computational neuroscientists as well, there should be many areas that one is simply unaware of as a beginner.
What are some of the key research focuses in the same?
Can start by compiling information from three places:
Create a list of companies or applications that are studying or working at the intersection of psych-neuro-cs along with few possible future applications and where can it be applied?
What do you think are some of the most excellent reading recommendations on the subject?
Get a custom domain name to host the website.
What would be a good website name for the project?
Compile a list of relevant channels where the major discussions about this happen. This could include:
What are some of the important funding organizations that have in the past funded this kind of projects? I am guessing DARPA/National Society of Defense must be one but I am not too sure.
But NSF is one - can we find NSF grant guidelines for funding such projects?
Maybe even Open Philanthropy Project and GiveWell?
Also, we can look at which VCs have in the past invested in this kind of organizations?
Can LSTMs and Attention Memory Models be considered a part of this intersection? If yes, how?
