Update SDK based on updates on Magistrala core

       We need to update the sdk to reflect changes in magistrala core especially error handling and status codes

Refactoring of JSSDK Methods

Refactor the methods in the various services to be in sync across all services. For example status update functions in some services request an entity as an argument while in others they request an id only.
