Error contradicts reality about charge-lnd

Through testing, figured out that the error shows above (counter-intuitive)

Here's another very confusing error:

Error executing strategy 'proportional'. (Error=proportional strategy requires min_fee_ppm and max_fee_ppm properties)

..it is a static strategy, as clearly depicted in its own output.

These strategies were not causing any issues for almost 6 months and remained unchanged, within the last month they broke on their own.
