Need to support 'absent'

When migrating away from new relic or removing monitoring from a server, manual action is needed in addition to modifying the playbook. Would be nice to just be able to set "absent" on a var and have a given system stop reporting to new relic.

This would also come in handy when changing PHP versions ; in those cases, new relic needs to be reinstalled to start working with the new php version.
