Instead of wiring vars per OS, we need to let the role define defaults and let the playbook override them.

So that if a playbook pins a specific version, the role doesn't overwrite it, regardless if the pinned version is out of date or not.

OS-Dependent defaults can be accomplished thusly:

defaults/main.yml

my_role_variable_RedHat: "redhat specific default"
my_role_variable_Debian: "debian specific default"
my_role_variable: "{{ lookup('vars', 'my_role_variable_' + ansible_os_family) }}"

Trying to install on 20.04 results in the following errors:

 wkhtmltox depends on libpng12-0; however:
  Package libpng12-0:amd64 is not installed.
 wkhtmltox depends on libssl1.0.0; however:
  Package libssl1.0.0 is not installed.

Version 0.12.5 is now archived. We will need to update to latest stable version
