also, the config-file option is expecting some json, and not the ~/.aws/credentials [INI] format.
I would expect hub to leave handling this to boto3 and not fill explicitly the credentials, so the various auth methods will work (iam-role, env-vars, ~/.aws/credentials, etc.)

Fixed the following issue. If you don't specify any parameter, it will try to default to boto3 as requested. However, if there are no defaults found by boto3 then it will switch to snark open bucket.
