Add support for simple redirect

I'm not sure if this is covered by the proposal, but I would suggest that the URI scheme should also support some sort of simple redirect to an Actor's profile or an Activity Item on their native platform. Strictly speaking this is not an Activity Type.

I have use cases where I would like to be able to link deep into the user's familiar interface, e.g. when they press "ap+web:Actor:[email protected]" or "ap+web:Object:[some identifier]".

Also, this would make it possible to do a quick overall implementation - before supporting larger functionality, like a comment track.

I think your proposal would make a good addition to FEP repository: https://codeberg.org/fediverse/fep. This will increase its visibility and help you gather feedback from interested parties.

Use `ap` instead of `activitypub`

It might be efficient to use shorter version of URI schema.

Use tilde instead of JSON-LD context definition

@ and : have to be encoded in URI components which increases keys in final URI.

Might be a good idea to use ~ char to define IRI terms for example:

web+activitypub:cat~Hug?~cat=urn%3Acats&object=urn%3Ahuman%3Ashredinger&cat~name=Snowball
## web+activitypub:cat~Hug?~cat={urn:cats}&object={urn:human:shredinger}&cat~name={Snowball}
