ILogging problems

Windows Phone Silverlight 8.1 can use Debug.WriteLine to log information if the application is compiled in Debug mode.
To log in Release mode Debugger.Log is used, not the class main purpose but works.

Windows Phone 8.1 can use Debug.WiteLine to log information in Debug mode but lacks any kind of console to log during Release Mode.

Was thinking ILogging.Log(param1,param2,param3) will be used on all the calls to log information but the object will be created by the platform and passed to the rest of API.
This way ILogging can be used in Portable Library project without errors but real functionality(if any) will be provided by each implementation project .
