Switch CI to Github Actions

Switch to different rendering engine and theme

Move source code to separate repository

Having the deployed code and the source code in the same repository gives a dirty history. It would be better if the source code is in a different repositor. This also reduces the coupling between the source code and the website, making it easier to e.g. switch to a different rendering engine.
