This repository contains a bash script for downloading the MEDLINE/PubMed baseline data.
Run download script:
$ ./run.sh
Run download script in background:
$ ./run.sh &
To be able to use the script to download the baseline data, you need to have a license from NIH. You can request it here:
You have to specify the IP addresses from which you plan to download the data.
This download script (should it ever get larger, so it would actually matter) is in the public domain. See LICENSE.txt.
