Convert Hangouts support to use EionRobb/purple-googlechat about adium

@EionRobb has discussed the future of the project here. Currently, purple-handouts works with Google's intended Hangouts replacement, "Chat." If at some point Google disables this compatibility layer, he appears intent to build another libpurple plugin to support Chat.

Much of the work that would go in to getting purple-hangouts working in Adium would likely also be usable for getting a future libpurple Chat plugin to work in Adium as well. This is because it appears that only a shim is necessary to permit the plugin to compile for Adium. See here, where @EionRobb discusses what would be required, and similar work that has been done in the past to port his plugins to Adium.

Not sure if I mentioned it in either of those two links but an Adium plugin that could load in raw libpurple plugins without needing all the extra wrapper code would be amazing and would really help speed up ports to Adium

@EionRobb , as @RobFog said, Hangouts is at its end of life. Maybe we should drop support for it entirely.
