Add variation in ball rebounce velocities
Based on the current velocity of the paddle we should change how the ball bounces.
Labels for retry and quit buttons
For the green retry and red quit buttons, we should label them so as to make it more intuitive. Some of the kids didn't really know what those buttons did until we explained it to them
Weird bounce on corner of paddle
Occasionally it is possible to hit the ball on a corner of the paddle and the ball would reverse direction ( along the x axis)

Ball Stuck in upper right corner
We never saw this before we demo'd at the elementary school but some of them managed to get the ball stuck in the upper right corner and then the ball would just bounce across the top of the screen (no change in y)... weird.
Loosing hand on game over screen is awkward
During the game over screen, if the hand is lost, it might be nice for the game just to quit out
