Modify documentation to recommend a more reliable supplier.

• Use the least necessary of HAL's CAN driver.
• Use libcanard's STM32 driver.
• Use libcanard's SocketCAN driver in the test build.

Reason: STM32Cube is MISRA C compliant and has better support for the various peripherals.

Enable building the project using a Clang-based toolchain:

• Fix compilation using macOS toolchain.
• Port GNU assembly startup code to ISO C99. (Not necessary)

Test the build process using a different, compatible, GCC-based toolchain.

Add documentation specifying the boot loader's design.

The function called by BSP_CAN_init/0, canardSTM32Init/2, blocks in several steps by indirectly calling usleep/1. Perhaps an adaptation of Libcanard's STM32 driver could be made to address this issue.
