Why does the ESR update itself to a normal release? I currently have to edit portable.ini to set Update=0.

The folder C:\ProgramData\Mozilla-[UUID] is still there after you closed Iceweasel. As I recall, Firefox Portable by PortableApps doesn't have this leftover. This folder is there when FirefoxPortable is running but after FirefoxPortable is closed, it is also gone.

Why not hooking ProgramData (%ALLUSERPROFILE%)? And can you add this feature? Because Firefox create some files or emty folders in this path with different setting.

我在 iceweasel 112 遇到了新的失去响应问题。打开多个标签(20+)，使用用AutoHotkey向firefox快速反复发送Ctrl+PgUp或者Ctrl+PgDn，就会造成页面内容失去响应，但地址栏正常，可以看到虽然页面内容不再切换，但地址栏地址在正常地切换。

这时查看ProcessExplorer，显示失去响应的线程是
Iceweasel. exe!GetNtLoaderAPI+0x12ab0

我没有找到100%重现的方法，但每次失去响应都发生在用AutoHotkey发送切换标签的快捷键时。

不好意思，我实在不想去卡饭，adonais/iceweasel又不能反馈，只好发在这里了。其实firefox编译困难和issues是否打开没有强制性的关系啊。在卡饭接收反馈和在issues接收没区别啊，要不打开iceweasel的讨论区也行。。
我去卡饭的唯一一理由就是iceweasel，可我在一个回复了说了这话，立刻就被管理员删帖了，我现在是真心一点不想去了。

在火狐78.0b9或之前的版本都可以兼容，不过到了火狐79.0b1或之后的版本就无法兼容了。在火狐79.0b1或之后的版本运行injectpe.bat了之后，启动了火狐就会弹出“火狐无法启动”的窗口了。

I would like to know is it possible to support the project financially as my code known-how is relatively limited.

I'm using Windows 8.1 and v115esr is the last series that supports my system. I can't update to any newer versions.

Iceweasel 54 is not working on Windows XP.

1. executables are still marked to be vista+ only
2. mozglue.dll , mozavutil.dll , lgpllibs.dll, mozavcodec.dll, d3dcompiler47.dll, xul.dll try to import vista+ stuff
3. K32GetModuleInformation not found... XPCOM? (dynamic loaded) again vista+

刚接触Firefox源码编译，按照说明添加对文件进行打补丁，在windows下编译失败。请问源码文件是否直接放置到toolkit/library目录内？
或者这是只适合在Linux下交叉编译的吗？

能不能在配置文件里加一个给upcheck.exe指定代理的选项，国内连sourceforge太容易出错了。或者浏览器里加一个调用更新程序的按钮，方便手动更新

I would prefer to run Silverlight. Do you have a patch to allow Npapi plugins?
Pcxfirefox portable works with plugin folder and DisableScan=1 . . . but is very old. Your iceweasel build is much faster and new.
