message queuing

currently if the frame sends a message and it hasn't received a response yet the messge will get dropped on the floor.

A queuing system needs to be built so this doesn't happen

Expand frame to viewport

The requirement that pixel dimensions must be specified for the $sf.ext.expand() function is a serious limitation in the SafeFrame spec, particular for mobile browsers. Are there any plans to support expanding the ad container to the full viewport, in a similar way that the MRAID spec allows?

Full width and height

I see that you need to specify width & height of the iframe. Is it possible to have width:100% & height: 100%, in other word width & height would be the whole available browser/window size.

If its possible, I would appreciate if you could let me know which file/code to change.
