timespace's Issues

Use the plugin with JSON-Data - how??

I've been looking for a plugin like this for a long time and I'm really excited. Thank you for the work!! However, I don't understand how I can get my JSON data into the function behind "events:" I don't want to have to write this directly in the code. Is there a workaround for including external event data? I'm happy about any help! Best regards, Estebu

Cut event in end of end time

First of all, congratulations for the excellent work!

I wonder if it is possible to cut the event label at the end of end time, being able to cut the label and add 3 point, example "AdventC..."

Thank you very much

Great Project.. Have a question.

Great Project.... Attempting to use it to timeline work histories by building a map of their resume.
I have been trying to modify the width of the TimespaceEvent, but I have been unable to figure out how to modify the minimum width (In my situation, it looks like jobs are overlapping). I need the default width of the event

to be closer to the size. I have tried to modify (about every constant in the js file and every setting in the css) but there is still significant padding on the right of the text inside of the event.

Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated. [email protected]

Autoplay

Wow! Huge thanks for creating this,
I think this is one of the only ones of its kind.

I was wondering whether it's hard to create play / pauze buttons which trigger the events when the timespaceLine passes a timespaceEvent. It would make the first and only opensource daterange slider. (I believe)

Use cases:
Playback data visualisation with hour keys.

Best regards

Using dates verses years

If this is possible, I'm not sure how to use it.
I would like to use specific dates for the start: object verses years. i.e July 4 1776
I've tried using start:new Date(2007,2,7) but receive an error.
