This cartoCSS is already available and the data has been formatted appropriately. Will just require another button in the UI.

We should figure out a way of keeping this layer updated, as well as how far back we want the data to be available.

The data includes:

1. Vacant Buildings (commercial, residential, mixed use, industrial)
2. Vacant Lots & Parking Lots*
3. New Development & Industrial Conversions
4. Geotagged Photos**

* Some vacant lots were mapped even when being actively used as gardens or storage, this seems misleading / confusing.
** Still need to figure out who has these (resolved)

To Do:

• Format data for tax lots
• Format georeferenced photo data
• Build UI that toggles the above two layers
• Code logic for loading and toggling data
• Integrate data & functionality into current map

Notes:

The map layer buttons / UI on the right side should be activated

• when the map first loads "all tax lots" should be active
• for each step of the introduction the corresponding button or check box should be activated
• Also, the "available FAR" legend should disappear when turned off and building permit layer is turned on.

These should be a simple fix using the logic in place & some jQuery.

As the language translation button won't work for the blog we should probably just hide it for that part of the site.

should check the Leaflet TileLayer params for the basemap.

Title bar gets cut off in mobile portrait view. Believe I fixed this and it just needs to get updated on the website's server.
