aerospike-hadoop does not compile on Maven 3.0.5 & OpenJDK 7
mvn clean package does not compile on Ubuntu 14.04 LTS.
Here is the Maven --version output:

This seems like a Java or Maven version problem, but there is no information relative to these versions on the README.md.
