!xur is driven by a separate oauth path that normally renews the auth if it's expired. The command wasn't used recently enough and the renew token has expired. Will need to manually walk through the oauth process and store the data in the DB.

The "new" prismatic interface in Tess' menu has no tracking (I think this is seasonal but I need to confirm)
with the prismatic interface being introduced, I'll need to rework the weekly bright dust info since it seems to have up and disappeared (or bungie changed the dust ID)
