Hebrew localization

Hi @Afforess - I want to make a localization file for your mod. I've already forked it to my profile and made a copy of the en.cfg file.

I suggest you keep this issue open and labeled as on-going (see narc's EvoGUI which you know well ;) and Choumiko's F.A.R.L. & AutoTresh )

Remove logging

Logging hurts performance, and isn't really needed anymore.

Blueprint issue

Using Foreman for blue prints, I'm having trouble with blueprints. It doesn't always place the turret. It's a little weird. Sometimes it'll place the whole turret. Sometimes it'll place this invisible thing that has the same name. I don't have issues with any other blue prints.

Inccorect Damage Values

AP and Standard ammo boxes do not reflect vanilla damage values of their standard magazines.
