Snapshots to visualize partial state graphs

Nice work!

Note that TLC's dump flag has recently been extended with a snapshot sub-command, which will make TLC write the partial state graph after each new state (example). Combined with TLCExt!PickSuccessor, your explorer could run online.

an error in parseVars

trace3.zip
Hello.
Seems that the parser can only work with model values. It doesn't properly handle values in quotes.

This trace produces an error when trying to use parseVars.

Alex.

Please clarify the instructions

I'm trying to use your tool, which could be very useful, but after reading all the READMEs I have no clue what kind of file it expects. It says "big dot files", but obtained from where? All I have is a txt file that I obtained by clicking the 'export trace' button in the TLC error trace sidebar in the TLA+ Toolbox. This button exports a series of states to the clipboard. Is that the file this tool expects? I don't see any other way of exporting a trace.

Please update the readme to show clearly how to obtain the input file.

string parsing error

Hi.

Yet another issue. The parser cannot handle strings containing white spaces.

Thanks. Alex.
