Every reset should pull work time from settings

As the title says, the setting should be read for every reset, otherwise the window has to be reloaded to change the time.

[feature request] adjustable break timer

After the timer has run to 0:00, the break timer should automatically start to countdown until the next "work time". Usually this is 5 minutes, but it should be user configurable in settings.

Stack size exceeded, cannot use extension

Issue: Cannot restart timer or choose new task

Error message: Stack size exceeded. (when choosing new task)
Running the contributed command: 'pomotimer.restartTimer' failed (when attempt to restart timer)

So far I've managed to fix it by just simply uninstalling and re-installing the extension.

Make timer visibility a setting

To not have to invoke "display timer" every application start.

(Also, the two commands Display/Hide could be simplified to a single command: Toggle)

[feature request] Reset task

For example, if you have a task called two hours which consists of four pomodoro timers of 25min (plus 5min breaks between). When you choose this task, as the time passes its progress goes from 0/4 to 4/4.

It would be nice to have an option to reset the task back to 0/4, so it could be reusable. (For example, every day I want to work on some project for two hours).
