Support nested context and params that are not set to be null

I was exactly trying to add something similar on the same day as you :) and saw your package.

Would you be able to support nested context and context when some of the params are null?

Is the readme out of date about setting up logging config?

From the README:

logging.basicConfig(level=logging.DEBUG, handlers=[MDCHandler()])

But looking at the code, it appears that just importing the module will patch the LogRecordFactory, so you don't need too install an MDCHandler at all.
